These were the chosen images from my sketch book, the main picture is of a couple of portaloo’s I saw and on the front it looked like someones fashion work had been stuck on to advertise/display it or something. Along with it I added a screwed up note that I had found displaying what appeared to be a shopping list for balti paste and oils for a curry. I felt that these two items displayed the contrasts of Brick Lane as two communities: the asian community and then the vintage clad generation & trend-setters of Brick Lane.
